How to tell if your earache is due to a cold or an infection

When your ear starts to hurt you may first think you have an ear infection, but your pain can be due to a simple cold. Luckily, there are specific symptoms to both ailments, which can help you make the difference between the two conditions.

A cold or an ear infection?
